Covered defects
The warranty covers any defect in design, materials, or manufacturing (including assembly).
❌ Excluded: normal wear and tear, negligence, improper maintenance, incorrect use, force majeure, or design imposed by the buyer.
Warranty duration
12-month warranty from the date of delivery.

Duration reduced by half
Replaced parts are covered by a new equivalent warranty period.
Buyer obligations
The buyer must report any defect in writing as soon as possible.
⚠️ No repairs by a third party without prior approval.
Warranty terms
Repairs are carried out in workshop or on-site depending on the equipment.
🚚 Transport and travel costs are borne by the buyer.
🔧 Labour is covered (excluding complex dismantling).
Liability
The seller’s liability is strictly limited to the obligations defined in the warranty.
Industrial performance
Performance guarantees are subject to a specific agreement.
Maximum compensation
5% of net value
