The Sanypass buffer zone is designed to ensure optimal hygiene in sensitive areas, allowing operators to pass through with trolleys, carts, or equipment that cannot go through a standard sole washer.
The system combines a compact hygiene airlock with a hand-washing station, a handle disinfectant (Destrip), and a dedicated buffer zone.
This complete airlock ensures dual disinfection:
• For operators: mandatory passage through a hygiene airlock.
• For rolling equipment: the buffer zone, equipped with a Sanypass floor, disinfects wheels using a system of rotating brushes and a mix of water and detergent solution.
At least three passes are required to guarantee optimal disinfection.
